Bulin 47 AI Video / Field notes

Acceptable Use

Effective date: 2026-10-12. This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) applies to Bulin 47 AI Video, operated by Nitor, and forms part of our Terms of Service.

Permitted use and consent

Use only your own adult portrait or an adult who has expressly consented to this specific AI transformation. You must have rights to every uploaded photo and any material you supply. Authorized creative transformations must be disclosed as AI-generated; they must not be presented as authentic recordings or evidence of an event. This is an independent service, not an official artist or model-provider service.

Prohibited content and activities

  1. Pornography, sexual content and NSFW: no explicit nudity, sexual acts, sexual exploitation, fetish content, sexual harassment, or non-consensual intimate imagery, including sexualized AI edits.
  2. Violence and gore: no graphic injury, torture, extreme gore, threats, glorification of violence, terrorism, or instructions that facilitate harm.
  3. Hate speech: no promotion of hatred, discriminatory abuse, dehumanization or violence against people based on protected characteristics.
  4. Child safety and CSAM: no child sexual abuse material, sexualization or exploitation of minors, grooming, or other content that endangers children. This service accepts adult subjects only; do not upload images of minors.
  5. Deepfakes and impersonation: no unauthorized or deceptive impersonation of real people, public figures or political figures; no fabricated endorsements, fraud, identity abuse, misinformation, or intimate deepfakes. Do not use an authorized creative edit to mislead viewers about its source or authenticity.
  6. Copyright and trademarks: no material that infringes copyright, trademarks, publicity rights, privacy or other rights; no unauthorized protected characters, brand assets, footage or music. Access to a social-media clip does not grant a license. The service does not grant rights to template music or depicted artists for your subsequent distribution. Also prohibited: harassment, stalking, self-harm encouragement, illegal activity, price or credit tampering, using another account's files, bypassing filters or quotas, and attempts to access private assets. Permission to generate a private result does not authorize its use in advertising or publication.

Platform content moderation

For production generation, the server screens the actual generation prompt with Waffo Prompt Sift before calling the generation model. An allow result is required; a blocked, pending, unavailable or invalid assessment prevents generation from proceeding. Submitted photos and generated videos are subject to the configured SeeAPI image/video checks; outputs are held in private storage until required checks pass. Missing credentials, a disabled check or an unavailable assessment blocks the live workflow rather than releasing unchecked output. Public generation is currently paused pending merchant review and real media-check acceptance. We do not represent SeeAPI checks as already accepted for public use. When enabled, video checks inspect sampled frames, not every frame; automated screening may produce false positives or miss content. NSFW checks cannot establish identity consent or copyright ownership. Reports and disputed decisions require operator review. We retain task-linked assessment and action records for security and case handling; access is restricted. We review screening rules and reported bypasses as the service evolves. There is no public gallery of users' generated media.

Enforcement and violations

We may refuse or stop a request, withhold a flagged output, revoke download access, remove stored content, disable an affected template, or pause new generation while reviewing an incident. Serious or repeated violations may lead to refusal of further affected requests. Where required, we may preserve relevant evidence or cooperate with lawful requests. Technical credit restoration and any cash refund are handled under the Refund Policy; a moderation decision does not automatically authorize credit confiscation or waive mandatory consumer rights.

Report content or appeal a decision

Email support@bulin47aivideo.org with the subject Content report or Moderation appeal. Include an order/creation reference or a public page URL, a short description of the issue, and your contact address. For a rights complaint, explain your relationship to the affected person or work and the relevant permission or rights claim. Do not send card details, passwords, API keys, intimate imagery or child abuse imagery. We will request any necessary evidence through an appropriate channel. Nitor reviews the report and available assessment records, may restrict access while checking, and decides whether to remove content, restrict affected requests or correct a mistaken decision. We notify the reporter or affected user where appropriate, without disclosing another user's private files. You may request reconsideration through the same address. We do not promise an automated detector is infallible or a fixed review deadline.
