Bulin 47 AI Video / Field notes
Privacy policy
Effective date: 2026-10-12. Bulin 47 AI Video is operated by Nitor. Contact support@bulin47aivideo.org for privacy, access and deletion requests.
Information and purposes
We process account and sign-in information, the portrait you choose to upload, selected-template details, generated videos, consent and moderation records, task status, credits and order information. We use them to authenticate access, perform your requested transformation, deliver private downloads, prevent abuse, reconcile payments, and respond to support or rights reports. Payment-card details are handled by Waffo Pancake's hosted payment process when available; our application does not collect or store full card numbers.
AI model and service providers
The configured generation model is MiniMax H3 Recast through fal (minimax/h3-max/recast). Your authorized photo, the selected reference clip and the generation prompt may be sent to fal/MiniMax to perform that task. Waffo Prompt Sift screens the prompt. SeeAPI processes authorized image/video links for content checks when that service is enabled. These providers may process data outside your country, under their own applicable terms and retention practices. We do not send your uploaded photo to Google merely because you sign in with Google. Our service providers are Cloudflare (hosting, database, private storage, bot protection and email forwarding), Google (optional sign-in), fal/MiniMax (generation), Waffo Pancake (payments and prompt screening), SeeAPI (image and video screening when enabled). Authorized operations staff may access the necessary records or media under access controls to investigate a support, safety or rights issue. We do not claim that human access can never occur. We do not sell uploaded photos or automatically publish them. We do not use your submitted media to train our own AI models. This does not promise that every provider offers the same retention or training settings.
Retention and private access
Input photos expire after 24 hours. Completed videos expire after 168 hours; any stored preview asset has a 168 hours lifetime. The current template-to-video flow does not include a separate personalized still-preview step. Success, failure or cancellation does not extend expiry. Expired files become inaccessible and scheduled cleanup removes stored bytes. Download your copy before expiry. Provider input links normally expire after 2 hours. A link's expiry is not the stored file's lifetime. Access to user-created files is restricted to the owner and authorized operations; knowing a file identifier alone does not grant access. Temporary moderation media is isolated from ordinary user downloads. Operational and assessment records are retained as needed for security, incident review and applicable obligations; there is no automatic deletion deadline for all logs. Necessary order records are retained as needed for accounting, refunds, fraud prevention and applicable obligations. Deleting a creation does not automatically erase accounting or security records. Remote provider copies may have different lifetimes; we do not promise a provider deletion that our integration cannot confirm.
Your choices and requests
Use the available creation/account controls or email support to request access, correction or deletion. We verify the requester to protect other users' data and explain any applicable retention exception. Applicable local privacy rights remain available. Do not email passwords, API keys, complete payment-card details or secret download links.
Cookies and analytics
Necessary cookies or local storage support login sessions, security, consent and the upload workflow. Optional analytics operate only under the site's consent controls and enabled configuration. Private media links, credentials and full sensitive query strings are excluded from analytics events. The public template previews are distinct from your uploaded photo and generated result; they do not authorize publication of your own media.
Children and changes
The service is for adults and does not accept portraits of minors. Report suspected prohibited data or child-safety content through the AUP reporting address without attaching harmful imagery. Policy changes are published here with an updated effective date.
