Eligibility and service

You must be at least 18 and have the necessary image rights and consent of every depicted person. Keep account details accurate and your login credentials private. This is an independent AI creative tool, not an official Bulin 47, artist, MiniMax or fal service; no endorsement is implied. Choose a template, upload one authorized adult portrait and select output quality. The configured video model is MiniMax H3 Recast, provided through fal, model identifier minimax/h3-max/recast. The current offer is a 10-second personalized video at 768p or 1080p, with the selected template's original audio where authorized and supported. There is no separate personalized still-preview purchase step. Public generation and checkout remain paused until launch acceptance and merchant review are complete. Availability is displayed before purchase or submission. AI output is synthetic. Faces, movement, timing and other details may contain artifacts; results are not guaranteed to match a reference exactly. Review a result before sharing and label it as AI-generated. Do not present it as proof of a real event or endorsement. Provider availability may affect delivery; we do not silently substitute another generation model for an accepted purchase.

Prices, credits and payments

The Pricing page lists one-time USD packages: Standard $9.99 (200 credits), HD $14.99 (300 credits), and Video Pack $24.99 (600 credits). A standard 10-second video uses 200 credits; a 1080p video uses 300 credits. Repeat purchases are allowed and add to the account balance. Credits do not expire under the current catalog. There is no subscription, automatic renewal, automatic recharge or free video generation. Users must sign in and have sufficient purchased credits before generating. The final currency, applicable tax and total are shown at checkout. When checkout is available, Waffo Pancake handles hosted payment processing. Payment confirmation must be received and verified before credits are granted; returning from checkout alone is not payment confirmation. Failed charged tasks restore eligible credits once after their failure is confirmed. Restored credits are not a cash refund. Cash requests follow the Refund Policy.

Content standards and platform review

The Acceptable Use Policy prohibits pornography/NSFW, violence/gore, hate speech, child unsafe content/CSAM, deceptive deepfakes/impersonation, and copyright/trademark infringement. It explains automated checks, operator review, enforcement, reporting and appeals. We may refuse requests, withhold or remove prohibited results and restrict affected requests. We do not promise that an automated check confirms rights or makes every result safe.

Rights and permitted processing

You retain your rights in submitted material. You authorize only the processing needed to provide your requested service, protect it from abuse and handle support or legal obligations. Requesting a private video does not authorize us to publish your input or result in a gallery or advertisement. Separate marketing permission is required. You remain responsible for the rights needed to distribute a result, including reference footage, music, artists, brands and other third-party material. We do not grant a music, trademark or personality-rights license, and cannot promise copyright protection or exclusive ownership of AI output.

Storage, deletion and service interruption

Input photos expire after 24 hours; completed output videos after 168 hours. Download before expiry. Signed-link expiry is distinct from file retention. Deletion controls revoke access and schedule removal of stored copies; provider-side copies are subject to their own policies and are not guaranteed deleted by this service. Further details appear in the Privacy Policy. If service is paused, new requests may be unavailable. Completed files remain subject to their existing expiry; pending tasks and payment records are reconciled. We do not erase paid balances merely because of a pause. Service restrictions and disputed balances are reviewed through support and the refund policy.

Complaints and applicable protections

Send billing, service, privacy or content complaints to support@bulin47aivideo.org with an order or creation reference. We review the issue and available records. These terms do not exclude applicable mandatory consumer protections, remedies for undelivered services, or liability that cannot lawfully be limited. No particular court or governing jurisdiction is selected here. The service is supplied as available, subject to those protections. Material changes will be published with an updated effective date; accepted orders retain their confirmed specification.
